Shadow experienced butchers during meat cutting and preparation, help create eye-catching meat displays that showcase premium products, participate in daily sanitisation and food safety procedures.

What you'll do

  • Potential pathway to ongoing employment with opportunities for casual work that can continue through school holidays and possibility of an apprenticeship for the right applicant.
  • Learn authentic trade skills from master butchers, gaining hands-on experience in meat preparation, food safety, and quality control that few students have access to.
