About this opportunity

Brick and Block Careers are working with a range of employers and hosts to help fulfil a range of Bricklaying Apprentice positions in Metropolitan Adelaide.

Multiple opportunities for bricklaying apprenticeships are available with bricklayers across Adelaide. Brick and Block will work with suitable candidates to match you with local bricklayers in your area. Suitable applicants will undertake work trials with potential employers.

What you'll do

  • Ability to develop your career in the Building Industry
  • Learn from an experienced, qualified tradesperson
  • Learn your skills while undertaking meaningful work outdoors
  • laying bricks, blocks, and other types of building components
  • constructing new structures using bricks and mortar
  • repairing existing structures with bricks and mortar
  • maintaining and cleaning construction equipment
  • working with customers and providing advice on solutions

What you'll need

  • Highly Motivated to undertake a Bricklaying Apprenticeship of up to 4 years.
  • Have transport and or Mobility to get to Job Sites or Pickup Points
  • An Australian Resident
  • White Card as to participate in an Unpaid Work Trial

Qualification: Certificate III in Bricklaying
